Refund Policy

Broadcastvision Entertainment (BVE) accepts returns for BVE-manufactured products under the following conditions:

  1. Eligible Products:

    • Returns must be authorized in writing within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date.
    • Products must be in original condition, including packaging, components, and support materials.

  2. Restocking Fee:

    • Returns after 30 calendar days will incur a 25% restocking fee.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom or special orders.
    • Non-stock items, such as SDS Wire Management Systems and screen products.
    • Non-BVE manufactured products.

  4. Return Authorization:

    • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number, issued by BVE, prior to shipping the item back.
    • Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the sender.

Sales Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Broadcastvision Entertainment (BVE), the customer agrees to the following terms:

  1. Payment Terms:

    • Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. A 2% monthly interest charge applies to unpaid balances.
    • All equipment remains the property of BVE until paid in full.

  2. Cancellations and Change Orders:

    • Orders may be canceled in writing within 24 hours of submission.
    • Change orders are subject to BVE's review and acceptance.

  3. Custom or Special Orders:

    • Custom or special orders require a deposit and cannot be canceled, returned, or refused without written consent.

  4. Legal Jurisdiction:

    • All disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the State of Colorado.

Shipping Info

  1. Shipping Methods:

    • All orders are shipped from our Colorado facility. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  2. Custom or Special Orders:

    • Special orders require a deposit and cannot be canceled or refused once shipped.

  3. Refused Shipments:

    • Refused shipments will not be credited but may be reshipped at the customer’s expense, including additional shipping charges and a $10 processing fee.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date.

  2. Return Authorization:

    • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns, exchanges, or repairs. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or special orders, non-stock items, and non-BVE manufactured products cannot be returned.

  4. Inspection:

    • Credit or exchange is contingent upon inspection of returned items, which must be in original condition with all packaging and components intact.
