Shipping and Orders
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from our facility in Colorado, USA.

A: Generally, all in-stock items ship within 48 hours. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. We ship all orders via UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns and Warranties

A: BVE-manufactured products, including AudioFetch systems, can be returned within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns after 30 days need to be approved and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom and special orders are non-returnable.
